Thailand Privilege visa (formerly Thailand Elite)
Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite) is a paid membership that comes with a long-stay visa of five to 20 years, depending on the tier. There is no income or savings test, just a background check. Members also receive services such as airport fast track and a personal assistant. It does not allow you to work for a Thai company.

Gold · 5 years
THB 900,000 membership, with 20 privilege points a year.
Platinum · 10 years
THB 1.5 million, with 35 points a year. Family members can join.
Diamond · 15 years
THB 2.5 million, with 55 points a year. Family members can join.
Reserve · 20 years
THB 5 million, with 120 points a year. Family members can join.

Passport
Valid for at least one year, with a recent passport photo.
Clean background
No criminal record, previous overstay or bankruptcy.
No financial test
No income proof or bank statements are needed.
No insurance rule
Unlike some long-stay visas, there's no health insurance requirement.
Membership fee
Paid within 30 days of your background check being approved.
What it costs
Our prices include the membership fee and our THB 19,500 service fee: Gold THB 919,500, Platinum THB 1,519,500 and Diamond THB 2,519,500 per person. Reserve is THB 5,000,000 plus our service fee. Membership fees are set by Thailand Privilege and can change.

The LTR has strict income or asset tests but lower fees. Privilege has no financial test but a higher upfront cost.

What’s new in 2026
Membership fees can change. Membership fees are set by Thailand Privilege and can change, so we confirm current prices and packages before you apply.

Visa-free entry is now 30 days. Since 15 September 2026, visitors from 60 countries and territories can stay up to 30 days without a visa, extendable once by up to 30 days for THB 1,900. It is no longer a practical way to start a long stay.

TDAC before you fly. You still need to complete the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card online within three days before you arrive.

HOW WE HANDLE EVERY VISA
Personalised checklist. Sent by email and WhatsApp the moment your payment is confirmed, based on your consultation and where you are applying.
Documents in. Send what’s on your list, such as your passport and a head-and-shoulders photo (a selfie against a white wall works). Our automated system files each document to your case and alerts the team as soon as it arrives.
Ongoing review. Our AI checks each file’s metadata, as the embassy does, then a team member reads every line of every page. If anything needs fixing, you hear straight away and Customer Support helps you sort it.
Senior sign-off. When your file is complete, a senior member of our Visa Services Team rechecks everything and signs it off, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
