Only in specific cases, such as BOI promotion, a Foreign Business Licence or the US Treaty of Amity. Otherwise, most service businesses must be majority Thai-owned. An independent lawyer should confirm what applies to you.

For work permits, you'll usually need THB 2 million in registered capital for each foreign employee. Other rules can apply to foreign-owned companies, so we confirm your figure first.
