Renting, buying and managing property in Thailand
Foreigners can rent easily in Thailand and can own a condominium unit, but generally can't own land. Solutions Thailand helps you find a long-term rental, understand your options for buying, coordinate contracts with independent lawyers and keep your villa looked after while you're away. Everything starts online.
