Co-owner and co-founder
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; registered insurance and financial services provider; immigration agent credentials
Ryan
Co-founder and co-owner
Ryan has spent more than 15 years learning the Thai language and getting to know Thai people and culture, and he loves sharing that knowledge with clients. A serial entrepreneur with a background in education and sales, he now focuses on consulting.
Languages: English, Afrikaans and Thai, plus some French and Dutch
Rosie
Consultant
Rosie is one of our consultants. Originally from the US and now based in South Africa, she has spent more than 10 years in client service roles across sport, safari tourism, marketing and relocation, always making sure clients feel genuinely looked after.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Sport Management
Languages: English, Spanish and isiXhosa

Senior Visa Services
Savannah joined our Visa Services team from Cape Town, South Africa. She brings more than 10 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping and business management, and a sharp eye for detail. She enjoys making a process that can feel overwhelming a little easier for each client.

Teresa
Senior Local Services
Teresa is Thai and grew up in an international family, so she understands both Thai culture and the needs of people settling here. Before joining us, she ran her own business for three years and worked as a real estate agent. She connects clients with trusted local services and helps them navigate Thailand with confidence.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business; licensed insurance agent in Thailand
Languages: Thai and English, with some Chinese and Korean
Win
Senior Property Services
Win brings 10 years of experience across customer service, hospitality, sales and marketing, front-desk operations, team management and teaching. He loves working with people and building strong relationships, so every client has a positive experience.
Qualifications: Diplomas in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and English

Nwabisa
Senior Customer Support
Nwabisa is a qualified speech therapist and audiologist with more than 13 years of healthcare experience, including running her own audiology practice. She spent seven years in China teaching English before joining Solutions Thailand. A people person, she genuinely enjoys helping clients feel supported, understood and happy as they settle in.
Qualifications: Speech Therapist and Audiologist
