Microchip
A microchip and its implantation certificate.
Rabies vaccination
Given when your pet is at least 12 weeks old, and at least 21 days before the permit application.
Vaccination record
Full vaccination history, including leptospirosis for dogs.
Health certificate
Issued by your vet and endorsed by your government vet shortly before travel.
Import permit
Issued by the Animal Quarantine Station at your arrival airport. We apply for you.
