Thailand marriage visa (Non-O)
The Thailand marriage visa (Non-immigrant O) is for people married to a Thai national. You enter on a 90-day Non-O visa, then extend it at immigration in Thailand for a year at a time. You need THB 400,000 held in a Thai bank or a monthly income of THB 40,000.

Married abroad
Register your foreign marriage at a Thai district office first. This gives you a Kor Ror 22 to use in your application.

Valid for at least six months, with recent passport photos.

Kor Ror 2 and Kor Ror 3, or Kor Ror 22 if you married abroad.

Thai ID card and house registration (tabien baan).
Proof of funds
Thai bank book and bank letter, or an embassy income letter.
Photos together
Photos of you and your spouse together, and of your home.
What it costs
Our service fee is THB 19,500, including the embassy fee for your 90-day Non-O visa. The government fee for your one-year extension (THB 1,900) is paid at immigration. Documents that aren't in English or Thai need an official translation, which we provide at THB 2,500 per page.
